Q8. What responsibilities do we assume?

      A successful carnival is dependent on
      community involvement.  The local merchants
      can be contacted and their support enlisted.
      They could offer "dollar off coupons" to
      their customers, or actually sell the Advance
      Sale Discount Tickets.  We're open to
      suggestions about what might work the best
      in your specific community.  Remember, the
      more involvement you can generate within
      the community, the more success your
      carnival will see!
